A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the third-party provider that supplies the results; our servers do not retain a copy of that search. If you email or message us, we use the details in that message to answer the request.
Routine Technical Logs
Hosting providers normally record an IP address, browser type, viewed pages, and timestamps. Those logs may be reviewed in aggregate for site health and broad usage. Basic analytics or advertising measurement may use cookies or similar tools when enabled.
How the Information Is Used
The purposes are operating the reference, correcting faults, measuring traffic, and improving the pages. Visitor lists are not sold, and individual user profiles are not built from these logs.
External Record Portals
Links lead to county and state portals, libraries, archives, and third-party search tools. Information submitted on those services is governed by their privacy policies. The sponsored search results are supplied by another company as well.
Who Receives Limited Data
Hosting and support providers may process server logs. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the technical information described above. Disclosure also occurs when valid legal process requires it; otherwise, visitor data is not shared for unrelated purposes.
Security Practices
The connection is encrypted, and logs are retained only for the purposes described above. Because there are no user accounts, this service does not hold a visitor password or account profile.
Visitors Under 18
The reference is intended for adults rather than children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from someone under 18. Contact us if a minor has sent information, and we will remove what we can locate.

Qualifying consumers may have access, confirmation, deletion, copy, portability, sale opt-out, and targeted-ad opt-out rights under the Utah Consumer Privacy Act, Utah Code ยง13-61-201. Utah Attorney General guidance says a business generally has 45 days to respond. Because this reference keeps little visitor data, a request usually concerns a contact message or technical log.
